Set Professional Goals

Want to learn more about how Habitbetter works, and (more importantly) how it can work for you? Check out this series of videos, starting with Video #6 - WHAT ARE YOU WORKING FOR:

Now that you've done your check-ins, it’s time to start thinking about where you want to go. What are your goals, and how will you achieve them?

It’s important to find the “Why” behind your goals. This “Why” should be tied to your values and will be crucial for maintaining your motivation. It is also important to be as specific as possible with your goals.

If you need help, we teach you the best way to set specific achievable goals in our Jumpstart your Goals course, available inside the Habitbetter app for free.

For now just think about your work life and 1-3 goals you have for the next month. One goal is plenty, but max out at three. Start small, setting too many goals at once is a surefire way to burn yourself out.

To set your Goals inside the app, go to the second tab of the Check-In page titled “Goals.”

This series of videos will walk you through how to make the most of the Habitbetter app and show you how to use all of the features to help you build habits that are right for you.

You can also find them as a course inside the Habitbetter app.
