Set Personal Goals

It’s time to focus on that internal voice again, the one with personal hopes, dreams and aspirations. This set of goals is all about YOU.

Maybe you want to learn a new skill, run a 5K, or start cooking at home. Whatever it is get as specific as you can.

Remember, you’re going to be building habits that will get you to these goals. Using habits as a measure of daily or weekly progress is a great way to tie your habits and goals together!

We go over this in our Setting Goals course series inside the Habitbetter app if you want to dive deeper. For now, write out your 1 to 3 personal goals for yourself.

This series of videos will walk you through how to make the most of the Habitbetter app and show you how to use all of the features to help you build habits that are right for you.
