So much of the time we go through the motions in our daily lives, just doing things because we think we “need to”. At Habitbetter we focus on WHY we do things. Because having a deep seated reason for your actions helps you stay motivated.

Remembering WHY you do the things you do is key. Why is at the core of sustainable change. It makes things easier because your Why can help you tap into your internal values. (Learn more about that in our “Setting Inspired Goals” course inside the app!)

For now we just want you to think about why you decided to download the Habitbetter app. It can be ANYTHING, as long as it is meaningful to you...not your friends, your spouse or family. You.

Maybe you have some goals you want to achieve, or are dealing with a tough life transition.

Maybe you want to explore who you are on a deeper level, really get to know yourself, find your inner voice.

Take a minute with us to focus, and if you have the app make sure to enter your “Why” when you get started. (Don’t stress, you can always change it later by going to your profile.) You can also see it throughout the app as a Heart with a question mark in it.

Clear your mind and think about why YOU are here, working to improve your life.
