Check In with Your Relationships

Want to learn more about how Habitbetter works, and (more importantly) how it can work for you? Check out this series of videos, starting with Video #4 - HOW ARE YOUR RELATIONSHIPS:

It’s time to dig into your relationships and your social life. When we talk about your social life we want you to think about how you view your relationships, and how you view yourself in those relationships.

➡️   Do you feel satisfied with the state of your relationships?

➡️   Are you feeling joyful after social interaction or stressed out?

➡️   Do you feel confident or are you second guessing?

➡️   Are your relationships growing in a positive direction?

Every relationship has ups and downs so it’s important to check-in regularly to see if overall they are improving. Keeping this in mind, take a moment and check-in with how you feel about the relationships in your life.

This series of videos will walk you through how to make the most of the Habitbetter app and show you how to use all of the features to help you build habits that are right for you.

You can also find them as a course inside the Habitbetter app.
